There is nothing subjective about 'Escape Velocity'.   Pure
Physics.E.V.  is a very precise rate of speed ( with proper
direction of course). It depends directly upon the size, mass
and gravity of a given planet, moon. or other object in space.

Below this speed, or at an improper direction, no projectile
will escape into space. Above it, it will..... Any complicating
factors (wind resistance etc.) are likewise purely physical.
