You are absolutely correct. A New Mexico grand jury has no
authority to subpoena records of the federal government let alone
the military. A county grand jury can investigate any crime(s)
committed within their jurisdiction.

Though CAUS supports Larry Bryant's attempt to learn the truth,
it has little, if any hope or belief, that this is a viable

Simply stated, its only value is in publicity.
