I can only wonder how much real effort has been made to verify
the testimony and background of these witnesses. I understand
that in the past Dr. Greer was touting such phonies as Guy
Kirkwood, Bob Lazar, Michael Wolf. With friends like these, one
doesn't need enemies.

One of the reasons I didn't vote for the proposed effort is that
I feel it is far too broad and that there are legitimate
national security issues such as new techniques for monitoring
the skies and perhaps new technology gleaned from saucer
wreckage. I do think it would be better to focus on, for
example, July ,1947, since the government has officially
'explained' away Roswell and the Plains of San Augustin events.

Can't possibly prosecute for those.
