While the detailed capability of NORAD is highly classified, it
isn't a complete mystery.

While the question of whether or not UFOs have "stealth"
technology remains open, I would note that there are a large
number of UFO cases that are primarily (or completely) radar
based.  So it would appear that UFOs, or at least a segment of
them, aren't able to use stealth to avoid radar detection.  On
the other hand, these cases often do not correspond to visual
sightings, so the question of "stealth" remains open (assuming
we're talking about objects that reflect radar waves).

"Fastwalker" has been identified by some as the NORAD term for
an unidentified radar sighting, and in a quick search I found a
post from a
year ago that discusses one such sighting:
