ELFIS LIST - http://www.sdgweb.com/~elfin

Howdy all,

Busy busy this beginning of 1999. Thus this installment
is particularly small however I think you will enjoy
this particular article.

ELFIS author Mr. Baggins' has written of his personal
experiences with Austin's own possible magickal/cryptozoological
Boggy Creek Monster. Some of you may remember the cheesy
"documentary" Legend of Boggy Creek which appeared in the
seventies chronicling the reports of a BigFootesque Biped in
Fouke, Arkansas.

It is a lengthy article exploring the experiences of my
neighbors here on Boggy Creek in Austin, Texas. On the same page
are numerous links discovered in researching the many angles to
these encounters: tales of escaped, rampaging chimps, Fouke
monster tales, other Texas connections, as well as information
on the mystique of bogs and their boogeymen.

As I said, this is a small installment with more to follow to
fill up the Winter 1998/99 ELFIS ISSUE.

I will be interviewed by Robert Lasron on his next CARTOON
PLEROMA radio show. Past guest have included: myself, Paul
Rydeen, Greg Bishop (EXCLUDED MIDDLE magazine), Terence McKenna,
Fred Alan Wolf, Kenn Thomas, and many others.

So, if you're in the Irvine California area this January 11th,
Monday night tune into the airwaves of KUCI 88.9 FM. Or if you
have a PC you can tune into the on-line webcast here at 9pm
Central/7pm Pacific:
