Good! Then, you will finally answer the following (4th try):

>What I can't figure out is how come silent-running vehicles,
>invisible to radar, designed for atmospheric and space flight,
>capable of hovering and stationary and vertical flight, that
>reach tremendous speeds and acceleration (from 0 to 1500 knots
>in seconds), are able to outpace any known conventional craft
>and are almost invulnerable to enemy attacks have been kept in
>the cupboard for more than 50 years ?

>Do you have any incentive on that ?

BTW, it seems Roger and I have the same problem: how many times
a pertinent question must be asked to get answered.

>How does your response affect the credibility of Mr Fouche and

>Not one bit.

My post pointed out the fact that you were discrediting Fouche
with questions yourself did not answer in the past. According
to the recent post "25 Rules of Disinformation", this is #4
("the Straw Man argument") and #7 ("Question motives"). Of
course, you could be accusing me of #14 ("Demand complete
solutions"), but that would be #17 ("Change the subject") from
your part.

My 2 cents this will be lost in a 200 daily e-mails shuffle:
that will be #1 ("... don't discuss it").

As for Edgar Fouche, I suggest you pass on to him Roger's pocket
and coat argument: it does fit the bill for him... too ;0)

Please giggle: I am just applying the #1 rule of information
("If you can't have fun, this is trouble").

Serge Salvaille
