To clarify... although I wrote:

It is recognised that my comments about incompetence and woeful
research are equally applicable, and duly so in the first
instance, to Nick Pope, the material in question originating
from "NICK POPE'S WEIRD WORLD" column.

One might presume that Georgina Bruni as 'Editor-in Chief' of
'Hot Gossip' magazine, failed to recognise that Nick Pope's
defamatory allegations were patently false and six months behind
developments in the 'Rendlesham Forest' case.

Otherwise, she would no doubt have spared Nick the humiliation
of circulating his latest 'NICK POPE'S WEIRD WORLD'.

However, I see that when I published 'Resolving Rendlesham: New
Insights and Past Claims Examined' in August 1998, she was an
active participant in subsequent, related discussions and was
familiar with the contents.

Why then is Georgina Bruni publicising Nick Pope's bogus claims
that "Easton's Internet posts are full of references to his own
papers on the subject, but mysteriously fail to mention any
dissenting views - I wonder why" and his suggestion that, "For
those who'd like some balance, check out Jenny Randles' paper
Seeing the Forest for the Trees (IUR, Summer Edition)".

Georgina in fact knew that Jenny's paper was not only referenced
(as were other 'dissenting views'), it was a focus of
discussions within 'Resolving Rendlesham', published six months
ago.

Perhaps Georgina can explain this and also confirm that Nick
Pope is consequentially now aware of these issues.

Not shy to circulate Nick's gossip column, it seems reasonable
to request that Georgina asks Nick Pope to publicly comment on
his recently published smears and his reaction to realising how
absurd they are, that this was already known and yet he wasn't
apparently informed before they were first published and later,
further circulated.

In the September 1998 issue of 'Hot Gossip', Nick Pope wrote an
article entitled, 'Rendlesham - The Unresolved Mystery', which
can be seen at URL:

http://www.hotgossip.co.uk/98sep/flash.html

Nick Pope is also asked to confirm that he was aware that in
September 1998, I published a response to this article,
categorically disproving his assertion that 'radiation levels'
only 'peaked' at the supposed alien spacecraft landing site and
questioning the validity of claims he was now making about
having had access to "the official government file on the
incident". See URL:

http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/pulsar/newslet1.htm

How could Nick Pope have had access to any such material, as he
originally lamented his department had never seen any
'Rendlesham' related file?

Enquiring minds in the UK want to know, Nick.

Instead of publishing false accusations and perpetual claims
that people are having their bottoms 'rogered' by nocturnal,
alien assailants, Nick Pope is duly challenged to answer these
points.
