Dear Rodger and All,

I don't know Errol's policy on attachment but to enlighten those
who don't know what we (RPIT) are dealing with I thought it
might be fitting to show a small piece of the Ramey Message,
infact the phrase at the cent re of the thread in progress.

As the RPIT are all free thinking individuals we do tend to have
our "own take" on the wording, I'm currently going over this
wording again so my "take" will no doubt change to reflect this

My "current" take of the phrase is "VICTIMS OF THE WRECK"

>From the attachment image you can see the raw data is a little
poor to say the least and IMHO some of the wording may never be
resolved due to damage that the negative sustained, first having
been printed "wet" and in haste and then the scratch damage the
neg has picked up over the years.

Of course some nice helpfull person may think to try and get the
Cc out of the archives under the FOIA?.

Though I guess it went through the shredder with the rest of the
Roswell signals.

Best Regards
