Well, when you make these trips and then find that people will not talk to you it gets rather agravating....I'm sure you know that yourself... Most of those on the List who would disagree with this are probably in their 20 - 40 year range. They don't know what it is to be without any hope of replacing your pension if you do loose it. They can quit one job and find another in the not too distant future. Those who are in their 60's or older, don't have that luxury for the most part. Oh, they can flip a burger, or Greet customers, and some even work as security gards at plants. But most do not...It's a long life when you have no money and no way to get it...(actually it can be a very short one then...<G>) >Oddly, this same friend's father once worked for NASA as a >tracker during various missions. He claims that during the first >moon mission he personally tracked 'unknowns' following the >spacecraft all the way from the earth to the moon and back >again. Yeah, I have heard these stories as well as those which claim that these vehicles were seen sitting on the surface of the moon on top of the crater rims, as if watching them as they moved about the surface taking samples.... <snip> >Neither of the witnesses (both women) would give me their names >but recounted the incident and another besides that involved a >cigar- shaped UFO dipping into the waters of Galveston Bay. But >no personal information. >The fear is palpable. Whether it's justified or not is another >matter and probably doesn't matter in the end. The net effect is >the same. Yes, I know what you are saying. Have you by any chance tried to contact these people again, to see if there have been recurring incidents? It happens sometimes... There have been reports from all over about UFOs being seen entering lakes and bays... There are reports of divers having actually found objects on the bottom of the lake, only to dive down again and find them gone. The trick would be to find them still there and bring them up. <G> >I've spoken with many folks who have had anomalous experiences. >Those who share them seem glad to do so. If you ask them if >they'd be willing to go public, well, that's another story. Yes, I have run into that also...An abductee whom I know, willingly talks about his abduction, but when it comes to talking to his doctors and others who could very well verify his physical condition, or refute it, he shy's away. He does not want to be well known, in the sense that I would take him into the national limelight, if he were to help me verify his conditin.... But, I cannot justify doing that, regardless of my belief in the truthfullness of his claims. I will not make him the target of the naysayers nor myself for that matter...<smile> REgards, Mike
