It's a shame that I have to reply to your Hoagland-like
mentality.  I don't understand why you say NASA means "Never A
Straight Answer".  Give me some examples!

Also, there's not one cent of the NASA budget that is
appropriated as "classified military priorities".  Not one cent!
If you want to know where the NASA budget goes, the information
is easily available - and not a black budget!  The money goes
to:  International Space Station, Space Shuttle, Mars Surveyor
Program, Discovery programs, New Millenium programs, EOS,
Astrobiology, etc.

I have worked for NASA for 10 years, and now as a contractor for
3 years.  I am an insider.  I know the truth. <g>
