Sour grapes? I was merely making an observation about the nature
of the conference that I thought should be made.

Yes, there is room for differing points of view. That was what I
was trying to point out. There are differing points of view.

So, if I read this correctly, only research that agrees with
your point of view is of value and that which does not is "just
one more example of the division which intrudes on research."

Of course I can live with my point of view. But don't I have the
right to suggest that the make up of the conference is
advocating a point of view and that alternative points of view
are out there? Can't I suggest that alien abduction is not an
established fact without having it suggested that "nuts and sour
grapes make up your menu"?

I expected negative responses but this sort is not what I
expected.
