This footage was first recorded by my friend, John Maxfield of Sacremento, Calif. He notfied me within days and sent me a copy of his VHS recording from NASA Select Channel 22 in Sacremento. I showed this footage to the public for the first time at the UFO Congress in Laughlin, Nevada in January 1997. John and I arranged to send a copy to Village Labs and Dr. Jack Kasher for analysis. A segment was aired on Fox News in Phoenix in 1997, but we never got a response to our request for analysis. Eventually, I called Richard Hoagland who had hear about the recording and we agreed to send a S-VHS copy to him for analysis. We never got our analysis. The next thing we knew, he was advertising copies of this footage for sale. I believe that when your program airs, John Maxfield will not be acknowledged for what he attentively caught on tape in 1996. Having been in UFO research for over 40 yeaars now, I know how the trails get lost and wanted to set the record straight on how this footage came to light. Sincerely, Bill Hamilton Executive Director Skywatch International, Inc.
