Not entirely your fault Nick. I want you to know (publicly) that I really like you on a personal level, and I have always admired and respected the work you do voluntarily and on your own time. I have no bad feelings or anger over this 'fub.' As far as I'm concerned it is a non-issue. I just needed to say it just in case 'somebody else' gets it into their head to drag my family members into any of these discussions. It's ok for me to do it if I choose to, but not for anyone else to presume that's it ok to do so. I needed to 'draw a line' in the sand. :) Nothing personal Nick. I think the world of you and I know that you would never intentionally cross those (personal) lines. >>>Apart from scoop marks, which suggest that tissue samples were >>>taken, have others experiencers reported similar alien(?) >>>surgeries, to correct various medical conditions? >>Yes, others have reported the same kind of thing and some have >>even reported 'spontaneous remission' from different life >>threatening disorders. Are there other things >that may have also been overlooked or not generally reported >which are common to many experiencers? I hope I didn't give the impression that there are "many" such cases. In fact, they are _rare_ if you go by the hundreds of reports I have received from people over the years. Only two or three such cases that I can think of as opposed to literally _hundreds_ of written reports I have received/archived in my own files. >>>Experienced >>>surgeons should be able to say something about the surgical >>>techniques used by examining the scars and tell if internal >>>stitches or other foreign material are present. >>Yes, they should. That was _years_ before I made any connection >>between the 'strangeness' in my life and UFOs/ alien >>intervention. >John, on UFO UpDates you have mentioned about an experience your >mother had which she understood as a religious one. You had a >different interpretation of it. Did your mother's experience >pre-date the strangeness in your life? That was in the 50's sometime. I was about 8 or 9 when my mom had that experience with the sphere of light that came through the wall. She "interpreted" the "light" as a manifestation of Jesus coming to comfort her at a time of great grief and worry for her. Those kinds of "lights" are reported by "abductees" all the time. Either the "abductees" are all having 'religious' experiences, or my mom had an "abduction" related experience. Or, some 'other' explanation that we just haven't thought of yet. That she _did_ see something is beyond question for me though. My mother was one of the most honest, sober, and sincere people that I have ever known. She saw "something." Something that she described as a floating sphere of very bright light. >Could it be that all such >experiences are part of the same phenomena, and if so, cannot be >studied in isolation if we hope to truly understand what is >happening? Your guess is as good as mine or anybody else's Nick. I'd much rather think that "Jesus" is responsible than some "alien force" from Tralfamador or some such place.
