After examining the picture - and it is interesting, by the way
- my guess is that the 'orbs' are some kind of reflection, such
as dust motes, airborne seeds (like dandelion) or even from the
puddle below. The 'orbs' all appear to be 'moving' in the same
direction, and fairly close to the camera. To me, they have that
same lack of depth of the famous Salem, Massachusettes photo
that was later shown to be reflections of inside lights on the

Course, that's only my opinion...
