Hello again Luis:

With the possible year [1940] kindly kindly provided by Alberto
Rosales, I dug through my extensive database of 8 (eight) cases
for all of 1940.

None of those match at all.

I am beginning to wonder if this is another "Yellow Falls,
Texas" story.
