Easy. In the King's English the proper terms are:

>(a) pelicans?

A pandemic of pelicans.

>(b) pelicanists?

A plague of pelicanists.

>(c) klasskurtzians?

A klutz of klasskurtizians.

>(d) whistleblowers?

A whimper of whistleblowers.

You're welcome.
