Hi Kevin,

I stand corrected by someone that I admire, and it didn't hurt a
bit.... <g>. I was typing from memory at work, but didn't recall
that Cavitt acknowledged very much to Weaver.

Your post from Don Ecker is reflected in some of the discussion
we have on the subject of Roswell. Someone once said "If you
torture the data long enough, it will confess to whatever you
want it to", and that seems to be what is going on in most of
ufology today (IMO). If any case has been researched to death,
it's the "Roswell" incident, and certainly all of the data
gathered and combined would be internally inconsistent. I would
like to hope for a breakthrough or admission, but neither is
likely.

Steve
