Hi Stan, Bob and All,

I think there is a little misunderstanding here. I have kept
copies of the messages of Bob Shell, and he definitely mentioned
Capt. McAndrew. Let me quote from them:

Message dated 28 Jan 1999, "Santilli's Film Scraps": "This could
also account for Capt. McAndrews's comment to me that he had
seen the same film in the Air Force archives"

I answered the same day, asking for more information:

"Did Capt. McAndrew tell you, even roughly, when he saw that
same film in the Air Force archives?"

Bob replied, in a message dated 31 Jan., passed on this Llist on
Febr. 1:

"I don't think he mentioned a specific date but I had the
impression from context that he was speaking of seeing it some
years earlier. He also indicated having seen more of the film
than Santilli had."

I also asked him:

"At least, did he see it before, or after the release of the film
by Santilli?'"

He replied: "Before".

Bob finished this message with this comment, refering to the
second book Roswell Report Case Closed, of 1997:

"He did a good job, apparently. He was promoted out of this job
and sent off to spook school".
