Hello Mr. Hall,

You may have just lost that bet. After watching the show this
morning, I got the feeling that maybe the door to better and
more objective coverage to UFOs has just opened a little wider.
Granted, it wasn't totally pro-UFO, but considering the time
alotted for the piece, I found it more positive than negative.

Stan Friedman went from 'Roswell promoter' to "preeminent UFO
researcher", and Michio Kaku returned to the pro-UFO arena with
a look at the JAL airline case, as well as, some compelling
arguments for the existence of UFOs.

As Don Ledger predicted, Michael Shermer was there to offer his
amusing/ignorant responses towards trying to debunk UFOs. Thank
goodness CBS gave more time to Friedman and Kaku than to

However, until mainstream media refrains from using terms like
"UFO believers" and continues to bring Hollywood into the
debate, totally objective/serious UFO programs will still be a
reality yet to be seen.

Looking forward to the A & E Alien Encounters series yet to be
aired this summer.
