Hi Steve,

That is not my understanding at all. As principal author I was
never informed by Barry of any such request to "remove his name"
from the joint paper. An intermediary belatedly requested that
Barry's coauthorship attribution be changed to say "with
contributions by Barry Greenwood," but it was too late and an
almost meaningless change in any case. And Barry himself never
contacted me about it.

Furthermore my participation was requested in the first place as
a favor to Barry who was unwilling to present his own paper to
the MUFON Symposium in Denver. And I was made the principal
author with Barry in second place and was not a mere figurehead
in the project.

B: Obviously you were not told that Barry had been offered an
opportunity to elaborate upon his views in the MUFON Journal,
and was so informed a month ago. Was that fact concealed from
you and who told you this in the first place?

I expect that a lot of the response to the MUFON Symposium paper
will be ad hominem attacks to avoid addressing the facts and
arguments against MJ-12 in what is the most heavily footnoted
article in MUFON history. As you should know both Barry and I
have been skeptics of MJ-12 from day one.

>I believe the point of contention between Brad and Barry is

Hi James,

Barry wrote that there was an official AFOSI disinformation
campaign against Paul Bennewitz by multiple AFOSI agents in the
early 80's which spread wider because of possible personal
motivations or agendas. This would still not even begin to
explain the AFOSI disinformation operations in the early 70's
before any such expansion and even before any such operation
