It's hard to quantify but there seems to be something more there than random noise. My opinion may be biased by what else seems to be going on. That is, it is not unreasonable to expect an energetic process to be involved in launching an object. The second object follows a semi-circular trajectory around the first object, and this might be assisted by an external toroidal field.
