The plasma vortex idea is _not_ always advanced, although it is
still considered possible by some of the people involved (but it
was primarily Levengood and I would just remind people that
Levengood hasn't even been part of BLT for a number of years
now). The criticisms of methodology have always been with
Levengood; there are, as I've said before, a growing number of
scientists involved in the studies now with a wide variety of
testing done:


The critics should realize that a lot has changed since the 90s
and any criticisms of the new work being done should be based on
the published results only, not just perpetuating the old
Levengood debate...
