I remember the small trading post, the Church of the Nazarene, the great gully-wash that is Grand Falls, (but only in the rainy season), and a little farther west, the El Paso Natural Gas pumping station. I also remember the huge amount of government activity in the area. In fact it was all over the "rez", even then, though I noticed it mostly in Leupp, and the Four Corners area above Teec Nos Pos, when I lived there. Whether dropping scientific tracking equipment down into Canyon Diablo, or all those contrails, the US government has had a strange preoccupation with the Navajo and Hopi reservations. Maybe it was the remoteness. Maybe it was the private nature of the people living there. Maybe its because on clear, (most nights there are clear), and moonless nights, you can see shadows from all the starlight. Whatever the reason, the US government, and specifically the military, have an on-going relationship with that country. Aren't the medical facilities there still run by the US Navy? I'm more inclined to believe this UFO is yet another experimental military craft, more of military origin than of ET. But this is only my opinion.
