They may very well be, John. Unfortunately the ratio of the
traction surface or "tyre" diameter to the total flange diameter
is only about 1.1 - possibly 1.15, it's hard to be certain from
these images. The corresponding ratio for the Heflin object is
about 1.45, more than a quarter as much again. So, no cigar. This
is disappointing, as Nick had led us to expect that others had
evidence if wheels that were an "identical match".
