Weather and a system that is straining in some places may be part of the problem. Systems that should be replicated in multiple locations for uninterrupted access are expensive and there are still a lot of single failure points in major systems. I tried a few of the sites you mentioned and they appear to be up and running now, so there's nothing to troubleshoot. Most of the providers would be fairly honest about outages, and I'm not sure what they have to say about each individual case. Steve
