Kathy,

I don't know if or when weather warfare would be workable. They
have  been experimenting towards it for quite some time. If it
were now  workable we would be creating focused powerful storms
and massive  flooding in North and South Waziristan in Pakistan
and in the Afghan  border area to destroy the Taliban and
elements of Al Queda.

To evacuate our planet it would take at the very minimum sending
10,000 people into space every day for a long time.
