Hello Terry

Oh my, you are quite right. I hang my head in shame! My
apologies to all concerned. I had truly thought when the video
was first faded out, that it was finished, and I just switched

At first sight it does look interesting. Certainly it _is_
'unknown' and it _is_ 'flying', and it _is_ an 'object' or
objects, but is it a 'UFO special' in the conventional sense
that we understand the term?

At times it seems to drift like any other windblown object, so
as someone said, it could be balloons tied together.

Then there's a short sequence where 2-3 individual elements at
the bottom of the bundle each seem to have a rectangular
projection at each side, like little wings; but it seems
unlikely that birds are involved. Maybe that's part of the
digital rectangle effect that occurs on enlargement of such poor
quality shots.

Any chance that it's nothing more than just a bunch of balloons
from somebody's wedding celebration or something similar, with
labels attached; maybe even from the very party who filmed it
and promptly claimed it as 'UFO' material?

Can anyone give us a transcription of the Turkish sound track?

Of course it could be a genuine 'UFO' puzzle artefact, but it is
certainly going to be very hard to tell because of the lack of
picture quality.

It is always going to be very hard to check such digital
sightings unless there is a huge all-round improvement in
resolution quality.
