I talked to McGaha about the Minot AFB B-52 case. Even though he
had been in the AF, I found his ignorance about SAC and the
Personal Reliability Program (PRP) troubling when he tried to
tell me he had transported nuclear weapons.

Well, after talking to him, he was just the driver and not the
responsible individual. I am rather skeptical of the uses of
debates in advancing this subject, but a debate with him would
be a waste of time.
