I know just what you mean David.

Only the other day I heard of someone who was visiting a friend
when a difficult documentary about the horrors of the Gulf War
came on the TV. With a sigh the host grabbed the remote and
switched to a soap opera. Well there's only so much of that sort
of stuff one can take just after dinner.

"Nothing to do with me anyway," he said. "Couldn't even find the
Gulf on a map!"

Oh how they laughed.
