Dave Clarke has some more detail on this case at:

http://www.uk-ufo.org/condign/secfilunid2.htm

This page is dated 2005 so it seems the documents have been
available for some time. The witness is identified here as Dave
Pointer, and the investigating officer from RAF Wyton was a Flt
Lt Chapman acting on advice from DI55. Chapman reported that
although Mr. Pointer was "perfectly normal" he was unable to
reach any conclusion on the incident.

There's an interesting coincidence with the Italian video that
was discussed here recently. Mr. Pointer described the object as
having strange protrusions and stabiliser-like surfaces that
seemed to be constantly in motion.
