Apologies to Martin and the List,

I have been really busy lately (and still am), but I did intend
to comment on this post earlier.

This case was found by both myself and Dave Clarke on a joint
visit to TNA in January, 2005. I have been assisting John Hanson
in respect of the case, and I think that the suggestion that it
was newly discovered by John in the article is down to a
misunderstanding between him and the reporter.

In fact, the witness emphasised in his report to the MoD that if
his identity was disclosed by them, he would "deny everything".
Although Dave and I are both aware of the real name of the
witness, the name used in Dave's article is a pseudonym.

Some time ago, I provided copies of the witness sketch and
narrative to David Sankey, an accomplished artist, for him to
create an artistic impression of the object. The results can be
seen at:

At the same site are several more artist's impressions of UFOs,
including a nice one of the Socorro incident.

In my opinion, this is a very interesting report, one of the few
that were actually followed up by the MoD, and it defies
explanation based on what is currently known about it.

Regards,

Joe
