People seem to have forgotten that the Air FOrce released the
Project Blue Book (and Grudge and Sign) files in 1975 or '76,
the FBI released its files in 1977 and the CIA in 1978. In the
following years files were released by other US government
agencies.

Of course, this is not to say the the US government has released
_all_ of its files. But then, how do we know that the French
have released all of their files and that the British will
release all of theirs?

Are formerly Top Secret British files to be released? (Only a
few TS documents have been released by the US government.)
