Hi Brad,

With annual secret expenditures for "black budget" projects that
are believed to surpass NASA's budget for manned and unmanned
space programs, the high level of secrecy prevents the public
and their elected respresentatives from knowing the whole truth.
As U.S. President, General Eisenhower spoke about the "military-
industrial complex" that operates like a parallel government
within the U.S. with its own agenda and goals.

The militarization of space is shrouded by a cloak of secrecy
and the public is kept in darkeness. Since such secrets are
compartmentalized, no one knows the whole truth and for this
reason it may never even be revealed to future generations.

For this reason, you cannot dismiss Jay's post to the UFO
UpDates List as nonsense unless you are an insider and know
differently. Jay's report to the List on the TV documentary is
at least supported by evidence from the few facts that have been
leaked out.

Two examples of these leaked facts that immediately come to mind
were written up in two popular magazines.

The first article is a 'Popular Mechanics' cover story on
"America's Nuclear Flying Saucer" which, I have reasons to
believe evolved from the secret flying saucer being built at the
A. V. Roe Canada Limited at its suburban Toronto facility in the
1950s with initially funding from the U.S. Army (I have a photo
of General Trudeau, Col. Corso's boss, together with John Frost,
Avro's Chief Designer of the secret flying saucer as well as the
secret technical report on this flying saucer) and then by the
U.S. Air Force. The identical shapes of the Canadian built
flying saucer (Project Y) with the U.S. Air Force's nuclear
powered and nuclear armed flying saucer, which I also believe
was built based on a recovered ET flying saucer shot down during
the flying saucer invasion of Washington, D.C. in 1952, is more
than a coincidence.

The second article, "Space Based Weapons: A Legacy Of Disaster
And Discovery" written by Jim Oberg, a well known expert on such
matters, can be found in the Summer 2007 issue of 'Ad Astra'
magazine. It mentions how in 1987 Russian President Gorbachev
was invited to witness the launch of Polyus, a large secret
payload on the heavy lift Energia booster that was built to
launch the Soviet space shuttle Buran. Gorbachev was horrified
to learn that Polyus was a powerful Russian Star Wars weapon
system - something in violation of treaties signed bewteen
Russia and the U.S. Fortunately for world peace, this space
weapons system failed to make it into space and ended up in the
South Pacific Ocean. Although very little is known about Polyus,
from what it was supposed to achieve - take out multiple low
altitude tragets and incoming ballistic missiles (and UFOs too?)
including geostationary satellites Earth many tens of thousands
of miles away with its powerful lasers - I suspect that the
energy source of Polyus must have been a powerful hydrogen bomb
in the megaton range.

I suspect we know a lot more about UFOs and the non-terrestrial
intelligence behind them than we know about the amazing vehicles
that are being flown by U.S. pilots and astronauts in the "black
budget" manned space program.
