Thanks Doc,

I'm only asking because of conflicting statements or lack of
documentation of the data.

Case in point, the story where Symington says he was looking for
the lights at the same time he saw the giant delta wing craft.

If the lights took place much later than when he saw the craft
how could he be looking for something that hadn't happened yet?

This case has a Roswellian sort of timeline fragmentation to it
and is a bit too confusing for us.
