Changing the topic subject, I seriously doubt the average person
or newsperson had ever heard of most of the classic witnesses or
cases presented on LK Live or the NPC press conference. It
would have been a revelation to many had it been properly
reported, which it was not.

What little reporting was done was shallow, tongue-in-cheek, and
unprofessional. E.g., the CNN 'anchor' was a youngish 20
something bimbo who immediately labeled all UFO witnesses as a
bunch of "freaks". Where the hell was Walter Cronkite?

The witnesses and cases couldn't have been better. Instead what
we are seeing here is not an absence of new revelations or big
surprises but the effectiveness of a 60 year campaign of
deliberate ridicule that has scared off detailed, serious
treatment by the media's big hitters. It has become a taboo
topic they won't go near.
