I'd say faked. Whoever decided to use these jets apparently
forgot that the only people still flying the F-14 Tomcat are the
Iranians. The US took them out of service in 2006.

The F-14 suffered from problems with Kapton type wiring that
deteriorates and is then susceptible to cracking, then moisture
or nearby bundled higher voltage wiring can cause shorting,
arcing then eventually explosive combustion similar to prima-
cord. It was this type of wiring that brought down Swissair
Flight 111 off Nova Scotia in 1998 as chronicled in my book
Swissair Down. The US Navy finally took all of them out of
service by Sept. 2006 because of that wiring's susceptibility to

These are not an F-15 Eagles either if you look closely at the
plan-form of the jets when they are banking. You can see the
variable geometry,swing-wing shape, very clearly,.F-14s.

The text included does not match the actual appearance of what
is in the video.

I suggest an old shot of the two F-14s somewhere in the US with
the circular object added later.
