"Kimbler has previous dealings with Hal Puthoff of Earth Tech
and Robert Bigelow's BAASS while attempting to obtain quality
analysis of the material he located."

If the sample has already been examined by Earth Tech's lab and
Bigelow's BAASS, what was the result of testing? Surely, two
quality labs' results should be enough to provide a good read
out. ASU's lab? Why?

And, yeah, I can think of a couple of reasons the sample didn't
make it into the FedEx package. But, I would have to read the
test results from Puthoff and Bigelow's labs.
