Hi Everyone!

According to Kim Sae-hyeon, the person who took the UFO picture,
he did _not_ notice the UFO until after taking the photo near a
river in Seoul, Korea. This suggests to me that that this UFO
picture is not a hoax/fraud but not a "true" UFO or out-of-the-
ordinary object (TRUFO) either.

This honest statement of fact by Kim also made by other puzzled
persons who have unwittingly captured UFO-like images with their
cameras is a very important clue in helping us to make the
correct identification of the object(s) in such UFO pictures.

Assuming that the picture published by the newspaper is not a
greatly cropped version of the original one taken by Kim, from
the image size of the object in the picture it would, visually,
have been comparible in angular size to the Moon. In Seoul, a
city of over 10 million nervous people located a few kilometers
south of the DMZ and their nuclear bomb possessing neighbours to
the north, don't you find it strange that no one else noticed or
reacted to such a large unknown object over their heads?

Those of us that live near the coast or large rivers and have
taken pictures of flocks of the same birds in flight should take
a close look at the bird's individual appearances. Some of these
images of birds in flight (especially those that are distant or
are slightly blurred by the bird's motion or from the low
resolution of the camera lense or recording medium) taken from
various perpectives will also look like this "UFO" over Korea,
Los Angeles, etc.

This UFO picture may be something George Filer may include in
his weekly newsletter but it is not something of interest to
ufologists (other than as further examples that not all UFOs are
artificial and/or extraterrestrial in origin) or is compelling
evidence of something strange or not-of-this-world.
