All the elements we find naturally on Earth were created
elswhere, notably in the dying thro's of a star as it went supa-
nova.Yet fragments of Earthly elements fall from the sky daily,
your simple iron meteorite.

_But_, and you didn't seem to grasp the significance of two
points in Frank's report. One, the fragments seem to be an
aluminium alloy, aluminium doesn't occur naturally it has to be
"smelted". And two, the extreamly abnormal isotope ratios
detected in the samples, ratios which don't corralate to any
know Earthly source. Although these type of abnormal ratios
havn't been found in Earthly samples similar abnormal ratios
_have_ have been seen in samples of elements of known non
Earthly origin, in meteorites.

_If_ Frank gets these isotope reading confirmed we have a
quandery, we have a _manufactured_ alloy containing elements of
no known Earthly origin, exactly the type of thing you would
expect to find in debris from a crashed vehicle not of this
