I think you misread my question. Hastings has stated elsewhere that he thinks ETs are involved. So, I addressed my question, if that's true, why would the ETs be interested in our missiles. Tiresome? A silly question? Not if Earth's military are being harassed by ETs. A question still not answered openly anywhere. Unless, of course, you already know the answer and aren't telling the rest of us.
