Hi Jerry, I blew up at Rick Howe one day on a local radio show (it covers Atlantic Canada) over this exact same thing. Drivel. He was a bit miffed at me but he called after the show to ask why I was so pissed-off. I went through it with him. Rick is level-headed, politically astute so he was worth educating. I'd done his show some 15 times before. I told him I wasn't going to waste my time on this sort of wild eyed crap. Treat me with some respect or don't call. They are the ones making the money, not me. I told him the next time he had to ask an investigator about UFOs and his or her involvement; ask them what drew them to the study of same in the first place and what they felt was real about it. I warned him that there would be some who would attempt to colour the phenomenon with a psychological or cultist taint. I also tried to get him away from the UFO as an alien artifact and back to its real meaning. Last September he had me on 4 shows in 6 days during the anniversary of the Crash of Swissair 111-because of my book about the event - so all was forgiven. Don Ledger Listen to 'Strange Days...
