Well, I can confirm the media relations part of it from direct experience. If you feel that UpDates Listers would find this useful/informative, feel free to post the following: ----- I don't for a single second believe that Chase Brandon ever saw anything about the uber-secret Roswell ET crash, because I'm convinced that there was a perfectly rational (i.e. terrestrial) explanation for Roswell, which the USAF laid out years ago. It's not that which I find interesting; rather, it's that I once had an hour long chat with Brandon on the phone whilst he was still the CIA's media liaison guy ("Chase Brandon" is a name you don't forget). It was 2004, and I was looking for permission to use a couple of photos of ex-CIA directors in my MJ-12 film for Space. It was a simple request, more of a courtesy call really for the sake of E & O "t" crossing and "i" dotting, but after he gave me the okey- dokey, Brandon wanted to chat about UFOs and my work for quite a while. He was friendly, and I'm a friendly guy who likes to talk, so we had a very amiable conversation. I didn't think anything of it until I was chatting with my friend, the late Karl Pflock, who was of course ex-CIA and DOD, and when I mentioned the call he laughed. I asked him what he found so amusing. "Your naivete," he answered. "Take my word for it, every angle of the conversation had a purpose for him, and there's now a nice little file on you somewhere in Langley." As it turns out, I suspect that Brandon was more interested in garnering insight for his future work as an author than he was in gathering info about me or UFOs for the agency. ----- Best regards, Paul Kimball Redstar Films www.beyonderstv.com Listen to 'Strange Days...
