Paul, and the List,

If you are correct, it means that a CIA officer can make a big
joke in public, commented worldwide, and just provoke a
standard, rather lame denial, quoting the retired historian
Gerald Haines who explained Ufos as confusions with secret

The man in charge of public relations for cinema and television
had to be  some kind of senior officer. In a big company, it is
an important responsibility. Especially at the CIA.

So, my question remains: what is the meaning of that?
