What all these debunking geniuses never deal with is how such
deception on an absolutely massive scale could go on for so long
with nobody (except for them of course) figuring out that's UFOs
are all a big scam by various world counter-intelligence
agencies supposedly fooling each other. Yes, folks, UFOs are
the world's longest running con of the modern age.

So U.S. counter-intelligence for 60+ years creates tens of
thousands of fake UFO incidents to fool the American public and
the Rooskies (and now the Chinese, North Koreans, etc., etc.),
and this is supposedly to hide our own secret projects according
to the prevalent theory. Similarly the Russians, etc., have
been pulling the same scam on us to hide their secret projects.

Everybody is scamming everybody else and still nobody can figure
it out, decade after decade. You would think after all that
time and all the expensive and massive intelligence gathering
mechanisms of the major powers that somebody besides the James
Carrions and James Obergs and the one-eyed CSICOPians of the
world would have a clue.

However, back on planet Earth in the real real world, our and
their intelligence agencies would figure it all out very
quickly. When you've got vast radar networks, tracking cameras,
jet interceptors, well-trained ground observers, etc., it's not
that hard to separate true UFOs from _conventional_ objects.
The only way one could possibly disguise one's secret projects
as 'UFOs' and make the other side possibly believe it year after
year would be if all sides already had very good reason to
believe UFOs were indeed quite real and not made by your
opponents, i.e., truly very advanced technology that it would be
wisest not to mess with because of the possible consequences.

Still, as far as I know, we never really fooled the Russians
with our spy craft overflying their airspace. Conventional
aircraft have very different profiles and flight characteristics
from UFOs, which has been known from the beginning, e.g. the
1947 Twining memo or Twining's 1953 definition of "UFO" in Air
Force Reg 200-2. As AFR 200-2 stated, they are "unidentified
flying objects" because they don't look anything like and/or
operate anything like conventional flying objects and were to be
studied for their "technical aspects" and potential threat to
national security.

The Russians probably had some similar definition. The
Russians, e.g., knew the U-2 was a spy plane because it looked
like a human plane (wings, tail), flew straight trajectories at
conventional aircraft speeds, didn't make right angle turns,
didn't disappear straight up, accelerate from a dead stop to
thousands of miles per hour in seconds, etc., etc.
