Stan:

I was wondering the same thing. I read his book and his bottom
line conclusion was there was "no such thing." Of course, the
Col. is well practiced at disinformation. Some of the rules of
this type of engagement were written, formulated, by him. To my
mind, it looks like just one more of his disinformation ploys -
meant to confuse, send interested parties scurrying around and
sending them down 'rabbit holes'.
