Not sure - however there's several factors to the equation that
most folk don't consider.

i) how many reports - of all those available - are investigated;

ii) how scientifically rigorous are the investigations;

iii) how truthful are the people who make those results available
to the public.

Without being even half-way cynical I think we can be pretty
sure that all US and UK gov't agencies have flunked on all three
(publicly anway).
