Very briefly, can we believe your story of staged events in the cases of Kenneth Arnold, Maury Island and Roswell, to try to convince the Russians that the Americans had superior weapons? First, the sighting of Kenneth Arnold. We know that there were no such advanced, supersonic planes at the time. Even if they had been available, the very timing of such a display was an impossible task. Crazy story. Now, the Maury Island case. Yes, it is doubtful. But do you really think it would have been a good tale to convince the Russians of the existance of superior airplanes ? Of course no. Then Roswell. Here we reach the top of absurdity: to announce the crash of and advanced craft in the morning, and to explain it away in the evening as a confusion with a weather balloon. The worst possible scenario to convince the Russians of an advanced weapon! And what about the more than a hundred credible witnesses supporting the UFO crash? They are not all fools. All this is pure nonsense to me. Sorry to have to say it again. Gildas Bourdais Listen to 'Strange Days...
