Do we really need to scroll nine pages deep to get past the redundant references to Russell Crowe's UFO video? At least, that's where the links finally, mercifully, begin to taper off. But this thing stopped being news after about three pages and has transitioned to fetish. For the record, it's truly cool that RC wasn't afraid of the pix - whatever the thing is, assuming he's not goofing on us - and that he chose to hang it out there. Nothing draws a crowd like an Academy Award winner's idiosyncrasies. Celebs can be as insufferable as anonymous mortals, but underestimate their ability to persuade at your own peril. On the other hand, while it'd be great to think there'd be a way to convert this latest buzz into a larger conversation, that would actually require effort, without any guaranteed returns. De Void feels a little strange about raising this next point, because it'll sound pathetic and self-serving. [More at site... ] Listen to 'Strange Days...
