Good news.

Following my post above, Rich Hoffman of MUFON kindly sent an
email to the new head of MUFON, Jan Harzan. We then had some
constructive contact. Jan is dealing with the permission issue.

The scans made by Russian researcher Mikhail Gershtein of
Leonard Stringfield's rare Status Reports should soon appear on
MUFON's website. After some exchanges, the plan is for those
downloads to be available free of any charge.

I'll post a link here when the PDFs are uploaded to MUFON's
website.

I hope that I will now have equally constructive contact with
MUFON in relation to a few other matters.
