It sounds to me as if whoever wrote this may be >whistling past the SETI graveyard. Jerry, et al: I can't help but wonder what will happen inside the walls of SETI, should one of their group ever elect to read any one of my papers or articles on the use of "passive" radar for detecting UFOs. When my latest paper was published by MUFON in July 2004, the U. S. intelligence community was certainly paying attention. They contacted me about it, and wanted to know how far along the project had been developed. If we ufologists are correct in our belief that Earth is being visited by alien craft, we need not look very far to detect them, and "passive" radar is the way to do it. The technology may allow us to detect targets out to a distance of the Earth's moon, and do so clandestinely. Should anyone be interested, my latest paper, entitled, "Using Multistatic Passive Radar for Real-Time Detection of UFOs in the Near-Earth Environment", can be accessed from NUFORC homepage. Why the concept has not attracted more interest escapes me. I sometimes wonder whether many in the UFO community prefer to natter and bicker, more than they want to resolve definitively the issue of whether we are being visited.
